GIFT CARD

A Grown Alchemist Retail Lab Gift Card is the ultimate present for a loved one, whether they’re new to Grown Alchemist or already a loyal customer. Our gift cards can be purchased in-store and over the phone for the full value of a treatment or any value of your choosing.

Gift cards can be redeemed at the Retail Lab on treatments as well as product purchases giving the recipient the freedom to choose their perfect present.

We know that our guests lead busy lives but you can rest easy knowing that the gift card will be valid for three years from the date of issue.


Are your treatments vegan friendly?

Yes! Our range features a high number of vegan-friendly and gluten-free products. Our full range is also certified free of toxins and certified free from animal testing.

Can I book for someone else?

Absolutely! You can either book a specific treatment and time, or a gift card for your loved one to book a time which suits them.

Can I buy the treatment products?

All products used in your treatment are available for purchase to use at home to continue improving your skin health. Our team is on hand to help provide treatment and product recommendations to help you achieve your skin goals.

As part of each booking, we will offer OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU promise. You will receive 50% of the price of your treatment to spend as credit in-store on your favourite product


GROUP BOOKINGS

Our treatments can be tailored to accommodate group bookings such as friends, family or colleagues. Contact our Retail Lab team to discuss treatment options.


ARRIVAL

We encourage you to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in and to experience our pre-treatment skin health rituals in our innovative and signature Grown Alchemist Clean Room.

Should you be running late for your scheduled treatment, we kindly ask you to phone the Retail Lab on (03) 9113 9558. We will do our best to accommodate your delay and ensure you are still able to receive your treatment as planned. Depending on the time available and our other bookings, we may propose a modified treatment solution for you or offer an alternative booking time.


TREATMENT ATTIRE

We recommend you arrive for your appointment in comfortable clothes. For most treatments, our Therapist will leave the room while you remove your outer layers of clothing (leaving your underwear on of course) before making yourself comfortable in our luxurious treatment bed. Each treatment room features a floor-to-ceiling mirrored closet for you to store your personal belongings during your treatment.


CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum 50% booking fee is required at the time of making your booking.

If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask you to notify us in advance with as much notice as possible. Treatments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit any booking fees paid for that booking.


MINIMUM AGE

Guests of all ages are welcome to visit the Retail Lab. However, our treatments menu can only be offered to guests over 18 years of age.


DISCLOSURE

Please inform us of any known medical, health or skin conditions, injuries or allergies when making an appointment. We will do our best to ensure your treatment is tailored according to your needs.

For guests receiving a Vitamin Therapy treatment, you will be required to undertake a short consultation with our onsite medical team prior to us administering your treatment.


PREGNANCY

We believe all our products are safe and healthy for guests who may be pregnant or who are looking to become pregnant or who are breastfeeding. We also believe our products are suitable for women breastfeeding their babies. Prior to commencing your treatment, we will provide an overview of all products that you will experience. On request, we will also ensure you have access to the full ingredient list of each product to allow you to make your own informed decision on the suitability of our products for your needs. Should you feel a product is not appropriate, we will do our best to use an alternative product or provide a modified treatment protocol.

There are certain therapies such as Vitamin Therapy, Light Therapy and Nutrient Enhancers that are not recommended during pregnancy and cannot be adapted. We will recommend alternative treatment suggestions to help you achieve your desired skin goals.
