Afterpay

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a new payment option allows you to pay your Grown Alchemist order off over four installments, interest free.

How do I use Afterpay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose Afterpay as your payment method and you will be directed to the Afterpay website. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase.

How does the payment schedule work?

All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically each fortnight from your nominated card, unless voluntary payments are made. You will no longer be considered a new Afterpay customer after you have completed your first order in full. Thereafter, your first payment will be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase for orders under $500 and at the time of purchase for orders over $500.You can log into your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date.

What if I can’t pay an instalment?

If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. For full Afterpay Terms and Conditions visit: https://www.afterpay.com.au/terms/

What cards does Afterpay accept?

Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in Australia. Unfortunately, Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.

When will my goods be delivered if I use Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard delivery time frames after you complete your order online. Visit our delivery page for more information.

Who can use Afterpay?

Afterpay is available as a payment method for customers who meet all of the following criteria:

● Be an individual who is at least 18 years old

● Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract

● Have a valid and verifiable email address and Australian mobile telephone number

● Provide a valid delivery address in Australia; and have access to a Payment Method, for example by being the holder of a Card.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase via post for a refund. Please ensure that your return or exchange meets our Grown Alchemist Returns Policy.

Terms and Conditions for Grown Alchemist treatment bookings at 35 Beak Street, Carnaby, London

1. Booking Confirmation 

• A confirmation email will be sent after the booking is completed. Please review the details and ensure all the information provided is correct.  
• Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to complete the necessary health questionnaire and relax before the treatment. 
• Walk-in appointments are accepted, but availability cannot be guaranteed. 

2. Payment Policy 

After your booking has been made online, a member of the team will call you to confirm your booking and take a deposit over the phone.  

3. Late Arrivals 

• If you arrive late your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next appointment. 
• In the event of a late arrival, full payment will still be required. 

4. Medical Conditions and Preferences 

• Guests are required to inform of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns via the questionnaire before the appointment. 
• We reserve the right to refuse treatments if they could potentially harm the guest’s health or safety. 

5. Minimum Age Requirements 

Guests must be over 18 years of age at the time of their appointment.  

6. Personal Belongings 

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to leave valuables at home. 

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

• Cancellation Policy: 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments to avoid the full amount to be charged.  
• No-Show Policy: If a guest does not show up for the scheduled appointment without notice, the full amount will be charged. 
• Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the required notice period (as mentioned above). 
• Rescheduling Policy: Treatments may be rescheduled at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. 
• Store Closure or Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of store closure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, severe weather), we will reschedule the treatment at no additional cost or offer a full refund. 
• Gift Cards and Voucher: Appointments booked using gift cards or vouchers follow the same cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for expired vouchers.
