How do I book a treatment?

You can book via our website, on Treatwell, by calling us on +44 20 4591 5190, or through ClassPass. For any booking enquiries, feel free to email us at beakststore@grownalchemist.com.

Do I have to book in advance?

Yes. We recommend booking ahead to ensure availability, especially for peak times. You can book on Treatwell, Class Pass or in-store.

Where are you located?

At 35 Beak Street, just off Carnaby Street in Soho, London (W1F 9SX).

Are the treatments safe for pregnancy?

Yes, we can still provide our treatments during pregnancy. Please let the therapist know before your treatment and in your consultation form.

Is there anything that would prevent me recieving a Treatment?

Yes. We cannot perform treatments if you have viral, bacterial, or fungal infections; undiagnosed lumps or swelling; broken bones; known product allergies, or have had cosmetic procedures (filler, botox etc) in the past 14 days.
