1. Eligibility:

The Grown Alchemist x Delta Travel Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Grown Alchemist (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law.

Submitting this form subscribes you to marketing emails from Delta and Grown Alchemist.

2. Sponsor:

3. Timing:

The Sweepstakes begins on November 11, 2025 at 9:00 AM PST and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (“Sweepstakes Period”). The winner will be selected on or about January 1, 2026.

4. How to Enter:

To enter, follow the instructions provided onsite to complete your entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of any automated system or duplicate entries will result in disqualification.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

5. Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Delta Travel Gift Card (the “Prize”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 USD.

The Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about January 1, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified by email or phone (as provided at entry). If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Publicity:

By entering, participants grant Grown Alchemist and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, and/or city and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
